- Recreational Equipment & Structures (Basketball Goals): Design Standards Section 4.10.4: Goals, if installed, shall be installed in accordance with the following criteria: POLE MOUNTED: Pole mounted basketball goals are defined as any permanent or temporary basketball goal which is not affixed to the home. Temporary basketball goals may not be used on community streets.
Prohibited Activities: Guideline Article VII Section 7.02- No noxious, offensive or illegal, activity shall be conducted on any lot. Each owner of any lot, Owner's family, tenants, guests and invitees, shall refrain from any act or use of Owner's property which could reasonably cause embarrassment, discomfort, annoyance or nuisance to any other resident or residents of any other Lot.
Parking of Prohibited Vehicles- Guideline: Article VII Section 7.08-Vehicles licensed as commercial vehicles, vehicles with commercial writing on their exteriors, vehicles primarily used or designed for commercial purposes, tractors, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, trailers, campers, boats, other water craft, and boat trailers shall be parked only in enclosed garages.
Parking/ Inoperable vehicles: Guideline- Vehicles which are either obviously inoperable or do not have a current operating licenses, plates, shall not be permitted to park on property unless enclosed in garage.
Unapproved Exterior Changes:Guideline 7.09- No AC unit shall be installed in any window for any building located on any lot.
Residential Use: Covenant Article VII Section 7.01- All of the Lots shall be restricted exclusively to single- family residential use. No Lot shall at any time be used for any commercial, business or professional purpose.
